Today I Learned... About the ACA Court Case

Donald Trump is back at it again. He wants to get rid of the ACA and he is back to bringing back to court again. As a wealthy Republican business man, the Affordable Care Act. is everything Trump doesn't like. He prefers independence and not have to worry about paying taxes for others. Trump's reasoning behind this case is that since there no longer is a tax for not having healthcare, then the entire ACA should be ruled unconstitutional. This is a little bit of a stretch, but Trump is hoping that if one basis of the ACA is ruled unconstitutional, then the entire thing is also. This case most likely won't go anywhere and that's a good thing. There are over 20 million people with healthcare from the ACA. If it was ruled unconstitutional, then all of these people need to find new healthcare. The problem with this is that ACA made healthcare affordable for those who struggled to make enough money. These same people can't afford to pay the high premiums for private healthcare so it won't work out.
