Today I... Lowered My Phone Usage For a Week

I am about a week into my challenge of putting time limits on all of my most used apps. I can only spend 15 minutes on Instagram, 15 minutes on TIkTok, 15 on my games, and 10 on Snapchat. When I first started this, I thought I would be completely lost. I didn't know what I would do with my life. How am I only supposed to go on freaking Instagram??? However, the thing is, I became so much more productive. I now go on my phone 3 hours less each day. That is absolutely ludicrous. 3 hours is 1/8 of the entire day and is a significant amount of time that I am wasting everyday. I am so glad that I decided to do this and test my efficiency. Hopefully, I will be able to keep this up and continue to stay productive.
